a bit about me:
My name is Stacey Cambre and I was born & raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. I have Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles, Apparel Design, and Merchandising, with a concentration in Apparel Design from LSU, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Film. I have professional experience interning as a technical design assistant for The Walt Disney Company, as well as a design intern for Suzanne Perron at her design studio in New Orleans, LA.
I am passionate about creating garments &
accessories that tell a story for both retail fashion
and entertainment industries. I believe sustainability
is a major component in today's design world that should always be incorporated. I seek inspiration
from nature, love bright colors, & strive to give
each project my absolute best.

MY PASSION FOR DESIGN
Above are designs I created in 2014 for my high school's gifted and talented program. I fell in love with design & sewing at age sixteen, when I wanted to create fun holiday themed looks. Since then, I aim to bring the same passion and excitement to all of my designs.
I design with the hopes of creating outfits that not only bring joy to myself, but to the world around me. If my designs can bring a smile to someone's face, then I am fulfilled. As I continue to grow in my career journey, I hope my designs promote curiosity and creativity in others as well.
